The death occurred suddenly in Toronto, ON, on Sunday, August 28, 2022, of Gary Louis Gallant, formerly of Piusville, age 65 years. Beloved husband to Carol (nee Richard) Gallant. Born April 25, 1957, he was the beloved son of Norma (nee Shea) and the late Aubin Gallant.

Cherished father to Megan (Steven) Samanica, and special grandfather to Madison and Liam. Dear brother to Rob (Sue) Gallant, of Ottawa, Lori (Dale) Peters, of Alberton. He is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Gail (late Doug) Gallant, of Alberton, and Irene, Dolly, Audrey, Leo (deceased), Jackie (deceased), Florence, Leonard, Ivan (deceased), Edward, Leslie, Roger, Kenneth, Aurella, Junior (deceased), Gary, and Claudette. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Predeceased by his father Aubin, brother, Doug, and by his mother and father-in-law, Fred and Mae Richards.
